The project

We worked with Armitage Construction on this 35,000 sq ft building based in Northern Quarter, Manchester. Designed in the 60’s by renowned architect Richard Seifert, the building had been unoccupied for many years but has been reimagined into a new, inspiring office & leisure destination.

This building in the heart of Manchester was transformed in 2020 using Comar 5Pi advanced with 9Pi and 7Pi throughout the ground floor retail area. Crystal worked closely with the main contractor and other companies to install over 5 floors.
